2007 West Australia Classic Clearskin Wine? Why does it evaporate?!

Question: Ok.. so I opened one of these a few minutes ago.. and it's nearly all gone! It's like.. it evaporated or sommat?

And I have to open another one before Donna comes home or else she will think I don't share.

Are there any wines from Western Australia that don't evaporate?

Should I try and cellar it for a little longer?

What else do you expect - it's an Oz varietal.

Try cellaring? White, no; red blood oath mate. Almost all Oz wines evaporate when the bottle is opened. Even Chateau Cardboards struggle to stay in the bladder.

Houghton's White Burgundy (go away you appellation controle's) from Margaret River is probably my favourite white. Love ANY South Australian Red!!!!!

Funny I have been having a lot of similar problems with some Canadian wines lately.

Evaporation = intoxication

It is truly a mystery how that happens; my advice is to always have a large supply on hand, stock up!

thats my fave cleanskin!!!!
chardonay doesnt evaporate in my home
