Answers: Do you want factually which is considered the best beer or do you want opinions? Westvleteren Abt 12 is considered the best beer in the world. I personal think it deserves that title. It is unbelievable. I mean it is orgasmic. You just wouldn't believe a beer could be that good.

best beer to me is in Germany. Its a food source
In the UK I think there are several great beers. Adnams Broadside, Marstons Pedigree, or Timothy Taylors Landlord but I would go miles and miles for a pint of Bathams and it sells out in my local so quickly that you have to rush down there whenever a nine is delivered. Unfortunately they don't produce much so this rarely happens.
Stella is mass produced rubbish in my opinion. Hoegaarden in Belgium used to be great but since they moved the brewery it seems to taste different.
