Happy Birthday (early)... have fun and don't drink and drive. Get a designated driver if possible (cabs can get expensive and when you're drunk you can get taken advantage of).
There may be a website that rates the clubs and bars in your area. Google it... maybe that will give you an idea of where to go.
I am not a drinker. Just because you can doesn't mean you have too. Always get a designated driver if you are going to drink.
Before you go out you should go to a party store and buy your very first bottle of booze legally. It's always fun to slam your ID on the counter for the very first time when they ask for ID.

There is a state park close to where my sister lives that was putting up railings along the walking trails. They needed volunteers. She went and worked for about four weekends. She will always have physical proof of what she did during this time and it will be there for years to come and for many, many people to use.We have pictures of it and it was more memorable then anything else she could have done. Think of something like this. What a great 21st birthday present from you to your state. Whatever you do, have a great day!
