Yes, but I only recommend doing with high quality vodka. The cheap stuff that comes in plastic bottles is used with mixers for a reason.

They have really whizz way of drinking vodka in Siberia. The vodka is nearly pure alcohol (95% plus, no-one really knows)and they cut it with water depending on what degree of latitude they are on, so Latitude=10deg then cut vodka with 10% water, Latutude=20 deg then cut with 20% water.

yes but I only drink the best quality vodka, I have tried the cheaper stuff ONCE once was enough. I also drink straight whisky," Black label "or dark rum. but I have to say I prefer a pint of gooooood beer strait from a fine glass

I suppose you could, but the larger question is why would you want to? Vodka is neutral spirit, tasteless and made from just about anything from potato to beets. In fact, by law, vodka must contain no color, no smell, no taste, or distinctive characteristics of any kind.
It's so boring that companies like Absolut and Grey Goose started adding artificial flavors and sugar (which makes them technically liqueurs and not vodka) and convinced the public to ask for such silly things as a "Grey Goose Martini" or "Absolut on the rocks".
Historically, countries that produce vodka, such as Russia, infused the spirit with fresh berries, honey, or other natural flavorings. If you're going to drink it like this I suppose you can maintain some level of coolness, but if you're just going to order it straight from the bottle, you'll be overpaying and look like a fool to anyone but underage college kids.
