What is the green alcohol they drink in eurotrip?
i forget what it is called could you help me out please
Answers:
Absinthe is correct.
I have personally have had absinthe, and I actually did not hallucinate. definately not legal to purchase in the U.S. however if you know someone going to europe it is legal to bring a couple of bottles back. Furthermore if you do get your hands on some, drink it right. Fill a cocktail glass with a little ice and absinthe, get a spoon full of sugar, dip it in the drink, light the sugar on fire, and the mix it into the drink. It will turn very cloudy and a much lighter shade of green, put the fire out and enjoy. I hope you like black liquorice!!!

personal expirience
I believe it is Absynthe. I don't think you will be able to find it in the US (if that is where you live).
absinthe
That's absinthe. It's illegal in the US because it can be a hardcore hallucinogen from what I understand.
never saw the movie, but i'd bet money that it's absinthe. Absinthe is made from wormwood, and has a bitter taste unless you pour it over a sugarcube (some people light the cube on fire). It was reputed to have psychotropic effects, and is rumored to be the reason Van Gogh cut off his ear. You can get it from the Czech republic made the old world way. Jagermeister is based on absinthe. Metallica loves jager. It's later than it's ever been. And now it's even later. And now it's even later.
chartreuse verde. It is a liqueur made of 130 herbes
It is made by monks in spain and france. there are two lables chartreuse verde and chartreuse amarillo. which one is made in france and which in spain I don't know. The green is better for it is made of more herbes. Absynthe ??? I don't believe. For it was sold here in Germany and Absynthe was forbidden here upto one or two years ago.

absinthe
Could be Absinthe or Chartreuse which incidentally is a liqueur.
Absinthe
It is indeed Absinithe. You can order it online and have it shipped to the US although you cannot purchase the real thing here. I drink it on occasion. You can also buy a "knockoff" in some liquor stores that contain southern wormwood. Wormwood is the ingredient that causes the hallucinations. Southern wormwood is legal to sell in the US. I recommend that you buy the real stuff offline though. It's better but expensive.
the green fairy, a.k.a. absinthe!
