If I want to buy alcohol from europe or alcohol that's hard to find in the U.S., what's a good site?

It depends on what your looking for. My favorite place to buy Single Malt Scotch overseas is from Royal Mile Whiskies (London\Edinburgh) they also have some good rums not available here and even some American Bourbons that aren't available here either (Blanton's Gold, Silver and Straight From The Cask) or Loch Fyne Whiskies (Inveraray). The shipping charges are rather high (￡17 per bottle), but you don't pay the VAT which is at 17.5%.
