Question:

Do you have a favorite Riesling?

Answers:
Piece Porter is my favorite! I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly but that's how it is pernounced any how? Dr. F is another good one except it could be called a german name that starts with F and I've just never been informed. I do know that the Dr. is correct and the F too!

My family was born in Germany except for me, I was the first born in the state's. Plus at the age of 14 my first job as a hostess was at a restaurant called The Bavarian Grill in Plano, Texas. By the age of 16 was when I started waiting table's there and the bar was one of the main attraction's with only imported beer & wine from Germany! In Germany they have what's called The Purity Law, it's a gradeing system for how and what goes into the making of the beverage. Only the one's that score high get a seal of approval from the government and that was all that the owner of my restaurant would order.
