long Island Ice Tea
Summertime- martini, the good ol fashion kind. Vodka (belvedere preferably) with a wee drop o vermouth and the traditional 3 olives.
Winter - Manhatten - Bourbon (Makers mark please), sweet vermouth (3:1), a few drops of bitters and a maraschino cherry to garnish.
Daquiri - preferably strawberry, or a champagne cocktail.

its gotta be a long island iced tea - but with diet coke.....it tastes different and better with det coke or diet pepsi......had a very drunken night proving that one!!

I'm going to have to be boring and agree with the folks saying Mojitos... they're yummy.
Also enjoy the occasional Milkman.... Baileys, milk, chocolate sauce and ice, you can also add a little vodka for a bit more kick (but not too much as it will spoil the taste). Used to be able to get it in a bar where I went to university... not been able to find anywhere that serves it since, but it's always fun to make at home.
