how do you make a HAWAIIAN ICE TEA like the one they have at the restaurant DUKE'S in Huntington Beach. it is made with vodka, gin, malibu rum, creme de banana, and passion fruit juice...how many parts of each is used?

Long Island Ice Tea Recipe à la Ransom Bishop
One fresh Lemon half
One fresh Lime half
Squeeze both into a pint glass or fruit jar
Add:

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Whiskey

? oz. Maple Syrup
Mix Thoroughly Then pour in 4 to 5 oz. Soda Water (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or RC Cola) without stirring.
