Answers: Parrot Bay coconut all the way. We took it to our last party and there was a full bar, wihtin 20 minutes everyone had tapped out or Parrot Bay!

i have a few favorites -
Pyrat - wonderful dark rum imported to the state by the Patron Company - tastes of dark caramel
10 Cane - by far the smoothest rum I've ever tasted - wonderful process of it's making (from raw cane juice from 1st press - not concentrated mollases) - makes the best Mojito ever!
I wouldn't really know to name a brand because I'm more of a Vodka and Whisky person... But ones I've had are:
Varadero
Cacique
Pampero
Bacardi
Havana
And several others... I can say, though... I like it golden on the rocks or white mixed with fruits.
For a special treat Cuzan Single Barrel neat but for everyday drinking Cruzan 5 yr old diamond estate with some ice .
