What is a service bar?!

Question:

What is a service bar?

?

Answers:
A service bar is where the bartender makes the drinks and puts them on the bar for the servers (cocktailers) to pick up and serve to the guests not served at the bar. Many times this area is separated by the rest of the bar by brass or chrome rails and you will find the staff standing and congregating there. Do not stand in the service bar to order your drinks or talk. This is a working area and anything that slows down the cocktailers costs them money! They are working, let them work.
