Chateau St. Michelle has a good one that would go excellent with your meal. The taste profile has hints of apple in it that will compliment the sausage dressing, plus it will only set you back like $10.

blue nun is good, but if you go to a good store check out their german wines, most all german wines are very fruity and yummy light wine
