I am looking to find a tasty and refreashing summer cocktail for this warm summer. I want it to look just as refreashing as it tastes.

How about a Sea Breeze? Fruity and refreshing, as well as looking great.

Serves: 1 Preparation: 2 mins

You need:
5 crushed ice cubes
25ml (1 shot) vodka
37.5ml (1 1/2 shot) cranberry juice
12.5ml (1/2 shot) fresh grapefruit juice
lime segment to decorate

Method:
Put crushed ice into a hurricane glass (aka 12 ounce glass)
Pour in the vodka, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice
Stir well
Wedge the lime segment onto the rim of the glass and serve with straws.

Mai-Tai

Juice of one lime
1 shot light rum
1/2 shot dark rum
1/4 shot orgeat syrup
1/4 shot bar syrup

Shake w/ice. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish w/a lime wedge. Off you go to Waikiki!

DEFINITELY try a MOJITO
Sparkling, clear, pretty and extremely refreshing
2 parts Limon Rum
1 part Seltzer Water
Squeeze one lime add 1tsp powder sugar and mix
2 Sprigs of fresh mint, crushed with ice

The Long Island Iced-Tea always seems to be a great drink in the summer for me. (Actually year-round)
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola?

Mix ingredients together over ice in a tall glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the tall glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Ice cold beer. Nothing better to drink on a hot summer night.
