Hey, I'm looking to get more ****** from the same amount of alcohol, without drinkin' any more. Any techniques or anything to improve the effects of alcohol

drinking without food in your stomach steps up the absorption process into your body
drinking it faster (beer bong) puts more into your body so it cannot be metabolised
Tall Tumblers of vodka on the rocks--straight-- should do the trick for you.
In a tumbler mix spirits and any carbonated drink, such as coke or lemonade. Leave a space of an inch at the top.
Put your hand over the top of the glass and give it a good shake then knock it back in one. It'll hit you really fast.
Alternatively drink Cava or Champagne.

come to Austria and have some good quality wine or beer, not that rubish the British call beer, Or even a good German beer over7%. some of the beers here are stonger than that stuff served as wine in Britain. I can buy good wine in a shop in Vienna Austria 13% 1 litre for 1 euro 45 cents, tastes better than some wine I have served in Britain at over 100 pound a bottle. I would say just come and enjoy good wine and good food, and have a break, I live in Austria now, and enjoy a glass of wine with my good meals, and a good tasting beer of min 5% to specials at 9%.

2- Drink it through a straw (this is more an old wives tale dont know whether it works exactly)
3- Drink a stronger drink. I suggest a 7% cider
4- Drink while tired
However why do you want to get pissed quicker. The idea of drinking is for the taste and to savour it. its just plain stupid to want to get pissed.
an old trick, drink fast through a straw. this can in some cases double the effect of the alcohol, especially with beer or cider. caused by the low ratio of oxygen mixed with the fluids. use sensibly tho, dont try this with spirits.
