How long can you keep a sealed bottle of red wine?!

Question: There is no specific answer to that because it depends on the type of wine and the vintage.

In general, you could get years out of most wines. But while a light, low-tanin, inexpensive wine will not improve with age, and start to deteriorate within a number of years, a stout Bordeaux from a glorious vintage could approach a century or better.

If your concern is limited to say, the next 5 years, don't sweat it as long as its sealed, whatever it is.

years
store it in a cool dark place & spin the bottle 180 degrees every 6 months...

It depends on thw quality, so why keep it sealed . Drink the sucker

Some are meant to be drunk young, some to be aged. It used to be the custom for someone fathering a son to buy a bottle of port vinted in the year of the son's birth. Father and son would share it on the son's 21st birthday. Nice custom, if a bit sexist.

Just be sure that the bottle is stored cool, on its side (if corked), and not exposed to light or rapid temperature changes.
