When you make mulled wine,do you add brandy?!

Question: you personally,.

Answers: you personally,.

Depends - if it needs a drop, do it. but make sure that the mix is hot enough to burn off most of the alcohol. I always serve a "drivers' special" alongside it - mulled grape juice with the tiniest bit of powdered chilli as well as the traditional spices. (That's an old Temperance recipe, btw.)
Enjoy!

I usually add a drop of brandy in one batch and do another batch mixed with some OJ for those people who aren't too keen on a stronger flavour.

no, i use the traditional austrian recipe, no brandy added.
