Open Bottles?!

Question: Do you have to store open bottles of hard liquor in the freezer/refrigerator or can they be room temp? I have Captain Morgan and Raspberry Vodka in my freezer but they are taking up too much space and don't know where I should move them to.

They can be left out room temp. Some people, myself included like to put the vodka in the freezer...but that's when I plan on making martini's. I would never put rum in the freezer, a little pointless.

they can be room temp. make sure the bottle top is on tight

They can be left at room temperature. Alcohol kills bacteria.

room temp the reason most keep them in the freezer is they taste better when really cold course mixing with ice before serving does the same trick

I keep them at room temperature. As long as they closed well they keep.

Room temperature is best.. free up your freezer...
