hi im on WW and drink every weekend ans still lose weight, i just save 4 points on weekdays then do as i please at the weekends.
baileys is 2 points i assume for a standard 50ml measure, baileys glide is 3 points.
vodka, whiskey and brandy 1 point
larger is mostly 1.5 per half a point
vodka based alcapops are 2.5
cider 1.5
hope thats helped.
YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR NOW !!!!
IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR SOMEONE TO BE DIING (BEAUTIFULLY OR NOT) FOR 2 MONTHS !!
look on there website
instead of something like baileys go for something like a spirit with a diet mixer they are so much less i think of the top of my head that a vodka with diet coke is 3 points!
Watch your waistline at the pub with our guide
Pints and halves
A pint of lager is not as calorie packed as you might think. With 165 a go, that's less than two chocolate digestives, A pint of lager shandy has the same calories but cut's the alcohol units from two to one.
Watch out for strong ales – they rack up about twice the calories you'd find in regular lager.
Guinness
Has 210 calories per pint. Drink it because you like it, not because you've heard the old wives tale that it's a great source of iron. It's not and won't "build you up".
A pint of draught bitter supplies the most B vitamins you'll find at the pumps - Bs are good for a healthy nervous system - as well as roughly 180 calories.
If you like cider go for dry (200 calories). And save the vintage stuff for a special night - pint for pint, it has double the alcohol and calories.
Spirits
A standard 23g pub measure of straight clear spirit supplies 50 calories a throw. Add a slimline mixer and that's where the damage stops.
Dark spirits such as whiskey and brandy contain more calories and because they're fermented meaning they are the biggest culprits for hangovers.
Try a ' low c ' beer ( dunno if beers your thing tho) the calories are in the ww book , i think.
