Boiled egg and beans
Quorn mince with tomato sauce
Pitta bread with humous
Yoghurt and musli
Salad with like egg and cheese chunks
Turkey and steamed vegetables
most foods are under that many cals!!!
get more specific as to why you want menus like that.
I eat Chef Salads, without the croutons or crackers. They are marvelously adaptable to whatever fruits and veggies you have in the fridge. Base should be spinach leaf then the sky is the limit.
A sweet potatoe, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash all boiled.
Put in a casserole dish and top with tomatoes and shredded cheese.
Bake about 30 mins at 375 until the cheese browns and bubbles.
Add slices of turkey sausage or chicken cubes if you like.
Under 200 cals? I suggest you go out in the yard and eat with the rabbits.
