What is the best way to cook a cubed pork cutlet?!
Bread it and fry it...Schnitzel...here is a wonderful recipe for it...just use your cubed cutlet
Oven Baked Cubed Pork
Ingredients Seasoned Flour
1/4 Cup (60 ml) flour
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of dry mustard
Pinch of onion salt
Pinch of garlic salt
1 lb (450 g) pork, cut into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) cubes
1 Cup (250 ml) ketchup
1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) water
3 tbsp (45 ml) brown sugar
Directions– In a bowl, combine all seasoned flour ingredients.
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Dredge pork cubes with seasoned flour, place in oven-proof dish and set aside.
– In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over the meat and bake for 45 minutes.
