What can i use instead of Lavender in cooking?!
To me, that's a tough one.. Lavender's a delicate flavor and pretty specific. Rosewater is a good suggestion like someone said.. possibly some vanilla or lemon extract?
Almond extract or rum if it's chocolate your baking with.
Why not use rosewater essence. This can be purchased at any store where you buy vanilla essence. etc.
Lavender?? Are ya sure?? To cook with?
