Question: Can I melt marzipan or will it ruin it?
and use as decorations on food (strawberries)? or will it just ruin the marzipan?


you can soften it, by leaving it out in a warm spot. Melting it will change the sugar. You'll caramelize the sugar.

don't know but best way is try a small amount first.
