Does anyone have any good recipes for sirloin steak?!

Question: Does anyone have any good recipes for sirloin steak?
I'm making sirloin steak for dinner and I need some recipes or ideas on how to make it a little less boring. I don't have a lot to work with. Just some seasonings like oregano, garlic powder and steak seasoning and some canned mushroom pieces and canned veggies(corn, peas or green beans). Are there any simple recipes to spice the steak up and make it exciting, not boring?

Answers:

About 1-2 hours before you cook your steak, sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper. If you like garlic, add some of that as well. Mash seasonings into meat with the back of a spoon or with your fingers. While steak is grilling or broiling, melt 2 T butter in small saute pan. Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and fresh ground pepper. Add mushroom pieces (fresh is better, but canned are ok if drained) and cook until mushrooms are golden and liquid is absorbed. For added richness, add a splash or two of red wine. Spoon over grilled steak and serve with potatos and veges.

Baste it with butter and add garlic powder and is you have some parm in a can, sprinkle that on. Baste it again halfway through cooking. Not the healthiest way to cook a steak but ohmygosh is it good!
