Does putting bread in a toaster take away the protein in it?!

Question: Does putting bread in a toaster take away the protein in it?
Answers:

No, it does not..

Toasting will remove moisture and begin a process of "carmelization" that result in more flavor.
Bread made with regular flour does not have much protein. Some breads have added vitamins and some have added ingredients to increase percentage of protein.
