what are benefits of white rice?!

Question: What are benefits of white rice?
not compared with brown rice, but just in general benefits of white rice. I heard it's a good source of vitamins and minerals...if so, which ones?

is it a good source of carbs if eaten with chickpeas and chicken?

thank you

Answers:

Since white rice is brown rice that has been stripped of some of its nutrients, brown rice is superior in its nutritional content. Specifically, brown rice is an excellent source of niacin (vitamin B3) and magnesium, a good source of thiamin (vitamin B1) and iron and a moderate source of protein, fiber and zinc....
