What can be a good healthy meal to make for an anniversary?!

Question: What can be a good healthy meal to make for an anniversary?
I am 26 years old. I am not married, but I have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years. I want to make a meal for us on our anniversary. Any suggestions? It would be helpful to see some ideas.
