What do you like on your baked potato?!


Question: What do you like on your baked potato?
I enjoy a four cheese baked potato, with real butter and salt! How about you?

1, Wash potatoes, dry;
A variety of baked potato, skin grease (I use olive oil, vegetable oil can be), into the oven 200 degrees 45 minutes;

Start by breaking the piping hot potato open and dousing it liberally with butter, add a good dollop of sour cream, some bacon bits, some green onions, and crack open a Carona. There aint much better. God, now im hungry.

What I like is butter and sour cream. As a healthier option, I use Smart Balance and greek style yogurt, it's pretty good.
