Question: I have a party to go to friday and everyone is bringing snacks!.!.!. Whats something that i could take!?

Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup jarred roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce!. I use a hand mixer!. Stir in the roasted red peppers last!. Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, and cover with another piece of plastic wrap!. Shape into a ball, and roll in parsley to coat!. Refrigerate until serving with a variety of crackers!.


Herb Cheese Spread

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients and mix well!. Refrigerate in a mold for at least 2 hours!.

Savory Crescent Bites

5 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 ounces Asiago cheese, finely shredded
8 pitted medium-sized ripe olives, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 1/2 teaspoons sun-dried tomato paste or Italian tomato paste

Heat oven to 350 degrees F!. Stir together bacon, cheese and olives!. In another bowl, stir together sour cream, dressing and salt!. Spoon into small serving bowl!. Refrigerate until serving time!.
Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles; press out slightly!. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise from tip end to short side to make 16 triangles!. Spread thin layer of tomato paste on each triangle!. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons olive mixture on short side of each triangle; spread slightly!. Roll up, starting at short side of triangle and rolling to opposite point!. Place, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet!.
Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown!. Place bowl of sour cream mixture in center of serving plate!. Arrange warm crescent bites around bowl!.

You could make some homemade soup (chili, potato, clam chowder, beef stew, etc), little sausages in bbq sauce kept warm in a crockpot, queso and tortilla chips, another good dip with tortilla chips is: 8 oz!. of sour cream, 8 oz!. of cream cheese, mix together with a little taco seasoning!. Top it off w/ whatever you like: black olives, tomatoes, lettuce, seasoned beef or chicken, etc

You could bring shrimp cocktail, meat and cheese tray, veggie platter, mini bagels and cream cheese, mini calzones, taquitos, quesadillas, boneless chicken wings, crackers w/ different cheese spreads, or devilled eggsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pepperoni, Cheese and Sweet Pickles - Put a piece of pepperoni, then a cubed piece of sharp cheese, then a piece of sweet pickle on a toothpick!. Delicious!

Or!.!.!.just use the pepperoni and cheese - Take a pepperoni round and place a piece of sharp cheddar cheese on top of it!. Eat it this way or put it on a Ritz cracker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spinach Dip (use the recipe on the side of the Knorr vegetable soup mix); put into a hollowed-out sourdough round; wrap in foil & refrigerate overnight !.!.!.!.!.!.!. Or get some melting chocolate and a bag of pretzel rods!. Melt the chocolate (microwave) and roll half of each pretzel in it; then roll them in mini M&M bits, nuts, sprinkles or whatever!. I always bring a 7 layer taco dip!.!.!.!.!.and it is the first to go! You can go to allrecipes!.com and get the recipe!. (Search for "seven layer taco dip" and choose the one with the five star rating)!.

Go onto there, but instead of making bars just make them into small bits (not circles just a small handful) I did this for my 14th birthday and everybody loved them!.
