Taco salad is easy to make and serves quite a few folks- Its cooked ground meat, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, cheese doritos crushed, olives, peppers, and a dollop or two of sour cream fat free or regular!. Its a layered appatizer so this is what you do: Grab a large aluminum pan- start by cooking ground meat thats the bottom layer, second goes the doritios, third is the lettuce, fourth is more ground meat, fifth is the cheese and finally on the top is the olives and a few dollops of the sour cream thats how my taco salad is!. You want to serve it warm but before sealing the deal you want to have the meat cool a bit before you start layering the taco salad!. Note to also drain the excess juices from the pan before putting the meat in the pan!. That way you wont have a mush mess of mix!.
