Have some cool old music, like "Dancing in the Moonlight" or something like that. Guess it all depends on what people like, too much gay retarded hip hop nowadays. Have a bbq. Make hot dogs & s'mores. Also, tell people, to bring things they absolutely hate & detest. It'll be like a "burn everything you hate" bonfire. You don't like Twilight? Good! Nobody does, so bring some of those piece of **** books & throw 'em in the pit! Haha! Some lousy fake love note stashed somewhere? Burn it right there. Ok I'm getting a little crazy, but hell why not. Just sitting around it at the end & talking is good enough.

We've made grown up smores with different types of cookies and gourmet chocolates, just for a change. My favorite was when we used Nyaker gingersnaps, dark chocolate and sea salt caramels with the roasted marshmallows. Mmm.
Just sit around and strum a guitar, talk, whatever. Much like a hot tub, bonfires tend to release inhibitions. ;) Have fun.

lol welll..mostly talk! and make smores there the best:) sometimes me and my friends will tell weird/scary stories..go for walks thats always fun especially with boys;) you could cook hotdogs too.. haha if you have a big field sujest a game of tag or something! kinda childish but its fun and makes memories;) good luck I'm sure you and your friends will have a fun time no matter what you do

You can make mini hot air ballons with a candle and a paperbag. In the 1890's New York city outlawed them becuase homeless kids made them and it burned homes down so be careful.Im sure you can find how to make them online at youtube or such.

lotttt'sssss of wood on there, palletts, lumber etc. And yeah hot dogs, marshmallows, smores are all good. Have outdoor speakers for the music and desserts somewhere nearby. And of course, lots of chairs.....

There are only 4 things you need to have an amazing time : A fire, good people, good food and tons of booze. The rest will figure itself out.

check out this bonfire party guide for some ideas:

sing campfire songs, roast marshmallows, tell stories

making smores is funnn
