This is really easy and takes one hour to cook.

Preheat oven at 350o which means turn it on and let it warm up while you prepare the rest.

Take 4 chicken breasts and lay them in a cooking dish. About 8"x 8" and at least 1 " deep. You will find it in her baking dishes.
Mix in a big bowl, I can of cream of mushroom soup, I can of golden mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, some pepper, 1/2 tsp of onion flakes ( optional) and pour over top of chicken. Put it into an oven, on the middle shelf at 350 degrees for one hour.

Make a little salad with it or have some steamed broccoli . She will love it. You are a sweetheart to do that. Good luck. This recipe is so easy and always comes out good.

Put a little bit of parsley on the plate when you serve it as a garnish. : )

San Giorgio Baked Ziti

1 box ziti, uncooked
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 3/4 cups ricotta cheese (15 oz) (or whatever kind you like)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 Tbsp parsley
1 egg
1 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package directions for 9 minutes; drain. In large bowl, stir together hot pasta, 1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In 13×9 x 2-inch baking dish, spoon pasta mixture; top with remaining 1-1/2 cups sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

**Add 1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey that has been browned and crumbled if you want a more filling version.

Serve with a salad and some french/garlic bread.

Spaghetti is easy. Just brown ground beef in a pan, drain off the fat. Boil water for the noodles and put spaghetti sauce with the meat and then drain the water off the noodles. And u could serve it with garlic bread and a salad.
