Dose anyone have the recipe to cabage rolls?!


Question: Dose anyone have the recipe to cabage rolls?
It was my faverite childhood dish but i have no clue how to make it. My great aunt used to make it every birthday till she passed away when i was nine. It had meat on the inside and cabage on the outside and the cabage was NEVER crispy. Please if you have the recipe please post it. Thank you.

Slow cooker cabbage rolls

This recipe is even better than my mothers.

Ingredients
12 leaves cabbage
1 cup cooked white rice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup Half & Half or milk
1/4 cup minced onion
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil cabbage leaves 2 minutes; drain.

In large bowl, combine 1 cup cooked rice, egg, Half & Half (or milk), onion, ground beef, salt, and pepper. Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf, and roll up, tucking in ends. Place rolls in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls.

Cover, and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours.

?1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

?2 tablespoons vinegar
?1/2 cup water
?2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
Preparation:
Drop cabbage leaves into boiling salted water; cover and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well. For filling, combine ground beef, rice, onion, egg, and salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well and divide into 12 portions. Place a portion into the center of each cabbage leaf. Roll leaf around filling; fasten with toothpick. Place in a baking dish. For sauce, combine tomato sauce, tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 cup of water and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven 40 to 45 minutes. Remove rolls and discard toothpicks. Place pan with juices over medium heat or transfer the juices to a saucepan and place over heat; stir cornstarch and water mixture into the sauce; bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
Recipe for cabbage rolls serves 6.
