Was this horrible eating?!
Breakfast: granola bar (90cal)
Lunch: nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Dinner: subway 6in roast beef on Italian bread with lettuce, onions, tomato, and peppers (400cal?)
I'm 5'9 and 109lbs (just weighed by the dr today)
That's not enough. You need to eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day or else your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down and get messed up. I suggest stop calorie counting and stop starving yourself. It only leads to a lot of trouble, trust me.
Currently recovering from an eating disorder.

Not really. You should exercise regurlary to though (60 min a day is good )
