I over ate the last two days. Help?!?!


Question: I over ate the last two days. Help?!?
For the past 2 1/2 months I've been eating 1000- 1500 calories a day. I run/sprint/workout everyday. The last two days I've been really hungry (it's that time of the month haha) and I've had about 2200 calories each day. I went for a 3.5 mile run today but I'm freaking out because I don't want to gain any weight because of overeating. Should I be worried? What should I do to make sure I don't overeat again? Thanks!!

First of all if you are working out a lot and doing a lot of running you need to be closer to 2000 calories or your body will turn to starvation mode and will store fat/caloirews insytead of burning them becuase you aren;t consuming enough.

So you probvably actually did your self a sevice by eating mroe than you usually do. Woring off those calories will be just fine. Get back to eating right, not neccesarily that small amount of claries but getting bac into the healthy eating routine is just fine.



Well it depends... Did u eat healthy or have a bunch of twinkies?
If u ate healthy you have nothing to worry about, if u had twinkies then you might gain a pound. But either way you should have nothing to worry about. U most likely have a high matabolism
