a big bowl of chocolate covered ants.

my stomach



I had porridge - made with 1/2 cup of Barleymax and oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of water, nutmeg, a sliced banana, 2 Tb of natural bran & a Tb of natural crunchy peanut butter.
Followed with a large glass of water.

With approx 23grams of fibre, I was able to get most of my required dietary fibre in just one meal. And it kept me feeling full all morning, without any need for a morning snack :.)



2 pieces of sourdough toast with peanut butter
cupcake
strawberry milk shake
fruit snack



Chobani yogurt (raspberry) with granola.



I had whole wheat peanut butter toast. It makes my insides feel better that's the only reason I didn't skip.



Pizzaaaaaaa.............



I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with jelly and butter



Plain bagel with cream cheese, grape juice, and tea..



Ham and cheese omelet w/toast & o.j.



porridge made with milk and stewed plums :) delicious!!!



waffles and captin crunch



Corn dog !
