In this case, nothing is "better" than the other. It depends on what your body needs. Do you have any vitamin defiencies, or need more fat in your diet?
Either way, you can ditch the tablets and stuff, and just include foods that contain whatever you seek to supplement your body with.
Do some research: The Omega 3 Fish OIl is by far and away the best known supplement known to mankind. It has been researched by the FDA and all over the world. Vitamins you don't really know what the benefits are.
take both as the multivitamin won't give you all the whatever it is fatty acid that the medicals seem to think is so good for us.
