Is it possible to make honey without the help from bees?!

Question: Is it possible to make honey without the help from bees?
I know you need enzymes and nectar from the end of the blossom of a flower. I know you can use flowers like clovers, dandelions, berry bushes and fruit tree blossoms. And I know you need to evaporate the excess moisture in the process of making honey so it gets that thick, syrupy texture. Is it possible to try to make it yourself?

Answers:
