Is drinking water with crystal light still considered drinking a regular glass of water?!

Question: Is drinking water with crystal light still considered drinking a regular glass of water?
I know they say to drink around 8 glasses of water a day, but I've never been much of a water drinker, if I were to add crystal light to water and drink 8 glasses a day, is that still considered the same as regular water?

Answers:

Yes definitely. You're still getting the same amount of liquid in your system, with the additional vitamin boost of crystal light.

its water so it counts.
The water in foods counts, as does coffee, tea, milk, soda, anything with water in it.
For fluid restriction diets, even gravy, jello, and ice cream count.

It's pretty much 99% water.
