What should I have for lunch?!


Question: What should I have for lunch?
I want a lunch with less than 500 calories what shall i have?

Answers:

Maybe some yougurt, a big bowl of yougurt. Or some cheese and crackers or a nutella sandwhich. Or a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich :) OR SUBWAY OR SOUP :)



Have a salad with a side of a granola bar or something extra with lots of form to it.

My favorite salad:

2 cups Romaine lettuce- 16 calories
6 small grape tomatoes- 20 calories
1/4 cup english cucumber- 4 calories
A few baby carrots, chopped- 15 calories
3 ounces grilled chicken breast- 160 calories
Two tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing- 80 calories
Calories for salad: 295

For a lunch, that salad itself really isn't enough, so I recommend choosing one of these as a side:
1/2 cup granola- 210 calories
Quaker chocolate chip granola bar- 100 calories
Medium sized banana( 7-8 in long) 105 calories
One serving of triscuit crackers- 120 calories
Hummus (for the crackers) 46 calories for 2 tablespoons

Popcorn. You get a lot of food for a small amount of calories, so long as you don't cover it with butter.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich



blackberries, vegetable soup, and skim milk



Your fingers



a meat pie with sauce or spag bol



skip it. you should go to the gym instead. just sayin. :P
