How can i energize myself with out energy drinks or coffee?!

Question: How can i energize myself with out energy drinks or coffee!?
My friend and i are trying to stay on the phone all night and i need a way to stay awake because its only 7 30 where i live and im already tired!Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as the conversation is juicy that should be enough to keep you awake!. Just dont let it get boring!. Snack on things with potein in them!.!.!.!.you really should stay away from the sweets cuz they will make you tired!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

watch a crazy scary movie so youre too scared 2 sleep

keep your lights really bright

put a rubber band sorta tight on your am so it almost hurts and it distracts you from being tired

if you dont like cofee you could make it kinda cold and then chug it or add like 8 cups of sugar

get angel of death by slayer and get on your ipod/mp3
listen 2 it really loud if you get tired and trust me it will wake you upWww@FoodAQ@Com

anyway, you can always try candy!. immature sounding, i know, but hey! it works pretty good for me!. skittles work the best!.
so does non-caffeinated soda!.
and freezing cold showers - but i guess you can't talk on the phone while doing that!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do something stimulating!. I kept falling asleep in class today, but only when we watched videos, not when we were walking around!. So try that!. also, upbeat music helps A LOT!. Or try a hot shower!. ;] also, if it's still light out, let in as much natural sunshine as you can!. It tells your body that it's day so it needs to be awake!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Walk around, drink some juice, eat some fruit!. Being on the phone is such a monotonous task, it might be very hard to this!. Do you really have that much to talk about!? Anyway!.!.!. Good luck I guess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try eating fruits!.!.!. it'll keep you awake but not fatten you up!.!.!. but if i were you!.!. get some good sleep in the afternoon!.!.!. then you can stay as late as you want all night!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat sugary candies, gummy worms work well!. or walk aroung while youre on the phone!. salty foods also make you stay up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
