they get an old guy with a straw, and tell him to start blowing bubbles into it for hours!.

Soda has Carbon Dioxide dissolved in it!. You can carbonate your own water with CO2 canisters a special bottles you can purchase at any restaurant supply store!.

I used to work where they had an old fashioned soda fountain, where you would pump syrup into a glass and then dispense carbonated water and stir to make your own soda!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
