What are the cons to an energy drink and can you get what feels like drunk off one?!

Question: What are the cons to an energy drink and can you get what feels like drunk off one!?
I just drank 5 energy drinks!.!.!.!.im shaking and my heart is beating super fast and!.!.!.!.!.!. im dizzy!. someone tell me why these things are bad and what would happen if i didn't chill!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The cons of these drinks is obvious to that of a cup of coffee!.

To compare, here is a pro!.

Caffine as such helps your heart beat faster and your body to react more faster to interactions surrounding yourself!. It increases your stability in concentration and quantitiveness!. This is why energy drinks are popular amongst university students, office workers and those whom pertain to mind exercising when focusing on work, career or education!.

scientifically, it is appropriate to only drink at maximum of 2 energy drinks per day (depending on contents of the drink because some are more concentrated in caffine than others)!. So going over that exposes you to a high chance of feeling that 'dizzyness' you are feeling!.

A con in my opinion is similar to what you said!. you feel dizzy and your heart beats faster!. It tackles you similar to an alcohol berverage but to not to the extent of alcohol!. however, when the 'energy' from the drink wears out, THAT IS WHEN YOU START TO FEEL SORT OF DRUNK because your body was 'fakely' energised by this drink but really, before you drank the drink, you were already tired!. so it does give you a drunk feeling!.

I suggest you cut down your energy drinks intake and drink it only in times of need because in reality, it is addictive (hence caffine being an addictive drug)!. All people who drink over 2 or 3 a day is bound to feel what you feel so its common to them!.

Dont worry, i feel like that all the time!.

hope this helps

You just have way too much caffeine in your body!. If your heart rate gets too fast, lay down!. If you have a headache, don't take anything for it, just lay down and take deep, slow breaths!. Drink water and just chill for a while!. You'll be fine, but I would suggest never doing that again!. Caffeine is not a very fun substance to overdose on!. And yes, it is possible!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow!.!.!. 5 is a lot!. That's way more caffeine than one person needs!. It's no wonder you're shaking and having a rapid heartbeat!. I just had one and it makes me dizzy and my heart beat faster!.
You shouldn't do stuff like that!.!.!.

It's bad because it's too much for your body!. You can overdose on caffeine!. And there are lots of cons to energy drinks!. Sugar, weird chemicals, caffeine!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not only does it have lots of caffeine, but if you look at the nutritional facts on it, they usually contain much more than 100% of anything you need in a day!. also lots of weird mysterious ingredients in them!. You can not get a drunk feeling off it!. I suggest you not do that again :pWww@FoodAQ@Com

in all honesty you should drop energy drinks from your diet completely!. they are so hard on your body and prolonged consumption can have really nasty effects on your cardiovascular system!. i kicked them a long time ago and genuinely do feel betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can overdose on caffeine but you'd have to ingest a lot of caffeine!. You won't get a drunk feeling off of it but you could get really sick!.

Massive amounts of caffeine in your body = BAD!. Your heart could beat a lot faster than it is supposed to and you could go into cardiac arrest!. <= Worst case scenario!.

Just!.!.!. dont drink so many power drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

your only supposed to drink 2 a day
its unhealthy
your heart overworks itself cuz of all that caffiene
youhh should definitely just chill cuz thats bad

You've just had too much caffeine and sugar!. drink some water and lay down and watch tv or listen to music!. you will be fine after you get some water in you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dude thats bad!. you should limit yourself!. someone at my old job had a heart attack because he drank 7 shots of espresso in 3 gulps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Scary isn't it!?

Learn from it and don't do it again!.
