Question: I drank 2 1/2 liters of water today!. Is that too much!?
Take your body weight-divide that in half- and that number is how many ounces you need to drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One other person mentioned the weight to water ratio!. I weigh 210 pounds, and I was told at the gym by a trainer there that I should be drinking between 3 and 4 litres of water/day for my size!.

It depends on the time span, too, of how much water you've had!. I wouldn't do it in an hour, but spread out over the day, it is fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not at all!. It depends on how active you are and how much you sweat!. I would suggest that if you're going to do this every day then drink some kind of sports drink otherwise you could end up over-hydrating yourself which is bad for your body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
