What happens if you eat too many Kelloggs Fiber Plus Antioxidant chewy bars?!
If you drank a sufficient amount of liquid then you will have a good bowl movement, but if you didn't drink enough then you would get constipated because fiber needs moisture or it is too dry.

Yes, enough said. Educate people will stick to a bowel of oatmeal over that chemical soap. By the way, most of the junk in it are saturated and trans fats and artificial ingredients like vitamins & artificial colors, preservatives.
It sort of depends. When I have a few, I get the standard fiber reaction (the downtown push down), but my wife actually feels sick (stomach/intestinal cramping) if she eats more than one. Everybody is different. One way or another, it'll make you poop. I just can't guess how uncomfortable it will (or won't) make you.
