Is soy milk good for you?!
I have been drinking soya milk for years and i am fit and healthy and i have never had any problems.

They say good and bad things about soy. It's something still under research. I drink soy milk occasionally because I like the taste, but I alternate or mix with almond milk to reduce intake, since I eat a lot of soy.

It's just one of those things you have to decide on your own.
But in the sense of protein and fortified nutrients, yes, soy milk is good for you. It also has no cholesterol. I buy this brand from Silk that has DHA in it, especially good if you don't eat fish.
Well, I haven't heard of anyone DYING from drinking soymilk, however, I have heard of strange cases of higher estrogen contents, leading to premature female development in both male and female, avid drinkers. The deal is, supposedly when the big companies extract the "milk" from those tiny little beans, they add estrogen hormones to give the milk flavor, richness, and more substance. Other people on the other hand decide that this rumor is hogwash, and they continue drinking it anyways. You must weigh the costs for yourself.
Yes, soy milk is good for you. And I don't think anyone's died from drinking it. Most of the negative things said about soy is a myth. It's healthier for you that what most of the people saying it's bad for you drink. :)

soy milk is great for you, but it does imitate the female hormone estrogen. so, being a guy i would opt for almond milk. it tastes awesome and has antioxidants!
try almond milk or coconut milk----both are now readily available in the dairy section of the market (nr the soy milk) and both taste fantastic!
According to most Diet Specialists it is more health and has less calories then Normal milk. So basically it is healthy.

Organic, GMO-free soy milk consumed moderately won't harm you. In fact, it has some health benefits. You may want to alternate with other plant-based milks for variety. Think of it this way - soy is practically a staple in many Asian diets (Japan, China, Indonesia, etc). Are they all dying? Is soy toxic for them?
Consume as much as they do... in moderation. However, don't make a habit out of eating soy hotdogs, soy cheese, etc and all other westernized soy versions of dairy comfort food... especially when most of these are GMO.
Opt for real food. If your worry is not getting sufficient calcium, then up your intake of leafy greens, green vegetables, beans/legumes, nuts/seeds.

Plus, there are countless other veg*an milks you can try - almond milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, etc, all of which are delicious! Especially the almond, but that's my preference. :)
Finally, bear in mind that most who speak against the "evils" of soy have an agenda in mind. Most of it is dairy-sponsored propaganda.
