Question: What species of bamboo can be easily grown and are known for tasting good?

I live in Ohio and apparently bamboo can withstand cold temperatures. I decided to take advantage of that and I'm wondering what kinds taste the best?

Are you a panda bear? if not . . then you will be growing bamboo for aesthetics . . not food . . only certain bamboos are grown for food . . I wouls type "edible Bamboo" in my browser and see what comes up . . then do a search about it's growing requirements then your growing zone to see if it's amenable.
