Well, from fast food places there aren't TOO too many options.
You can have vegetarian wraps and subs from places like Subway/ Mr Sub, Pita Pit.. or you can get vegetarian dishes from chines places, with the noodles/rice, and just vegetables, egg roll.

If you eat fish ( though, if you are truly vegetarian you won't; pescetarian's only eat fish ), then you could have those fish sandwiches from places like Wendy's.

And of course you're able to have things like fries, sundaes/frosties, and of course salads with nuts and cheese and the like.

At home, you can have beans and rice ( easy enough; just cook both and put 'em together ) with veggies! You can even buy vegetarian meats; they're made with soy, so they have protein, and somehow, they are apparently made to look and taste like meat.

Cottage cheese is really good, any kind of fruit/ veg.

Edamame ( or soy beans ) are also DELICIOUS! just buy a bag of frozen ones, and they cook in a minute in boiling wate :) They're super fun to pop out of their pods and just right into your mouth! haha
and of course cheeses, crackers ( rice crackers are delicious! )

Hummus is very good as well :)

You would be surprised how many vegetarian options there are at home ( mostly ) and that some fast food places and restaurants offer.

If you're concerned/REALLY want to know, just look up the place and the menu; that way, you can be sure something is vegetarian!

I like eating at Indian and Chinese resteraunts for many reasons ( I am vegetarian also) but It tends to be on the cheap.
Taco Bell has veggie cheese burritos and you can get anything on the menu made with refried beans instead of meat. Panera bread has this awesome meditteranean sandwhich i love.
Burger king has a veggie burger (which I really don't like that much but will eat it in a pinch)

Go to a bigger grocery store (whole foods is really good) and check out their frozen vegetarian section where the boca and morning star farm stuff is. It will give you ideas for stuff you can make at home. Have you ever tried Quorn products? They are so good.
Also visit recipe websites to get even more ideas. You gotta be creative and do your homework.
Good Luck and stick with it!

Vegetarian for 5 years and not much of a cook.

Falafel with Pita Bread, onions and tomatoes. Serve with Tahini sauce! This is AMAZING!

Falafel

1 cup dried chickpeas ( 1 15oz canned)
1/2 large onion, roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/2-1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon baking powder
4-6 tablespoons flour
Soybean or vegetable oil for frying
Chopped tomato for garnish
Diced onion for garnish
Diced green bell pepper for garnish
Tahina sauce
Pita bread

1. Put the chickpeas in a large bowl and add enough cold water to cover them by at least 2 inches. Let soak overnight, then drain. Or use canned chickpeas, drained.

2. Place the drained, uncooked chickpeas and the onions in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the parsley, cilantro, salt, hot pepper, garlic, and cumin. Process until blended but not pureed.

3. Sprinkle in the baking powder and 4 tablespoons of the flour, and pulse. You want to add enough bulgur or flour so that the dough forms a small ball and no longer sticks to your hands. Turn into a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for several hours.

4. Form the chickpea mixture into balls about the size of walnuts, or use a falafel scoop, available in Middle-Eastern markets.

5. Heat 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees in a deep pot or wok and fry 1 ball to test. If it falls apart, add a little flour. Then fry about 6 balls at once for a few minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Stuff half a pita with falafel balls, chopped tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and pickled turnips. Drizzle with tahina thinned with water.

Tahina Sauce

1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber - peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

No recipes?
Im wondering how old you are and how long youve been veg....?
Vegetarians need to learn to cook.
Anyone who wants to be relatively healthy needs to cook...

There is NO fast food that I consider vegetarian. The way our meat is produced changed for the worse directly because of fast food. To be vegetarian and eat fast food, (even just a salad) is ridiculously hypocritical.

Edamame are good snacks.

You can have vegetarian soups…will you eat fish?

You can have quiches. Maybe cheese and black bean quesadillas. black beans. idk. alot of stuff.

You want...fast food...that you can make at home...with no recipes.

Uh...right.

Not really. If it doesn't have meat, it doesn't have meat. That's what vegetarian means.
