Question: Is goat milk really a healthier alternative to cow's milk? Molecular composition the same as human breast milk?

Wow. First you asked a question claiming that type 1 and 2 diabetes and the NEUROLOGICAL disorder multiple sclerosis can be reversed. Second, you give someone best answer for your question even though the user stated hearsay and unsubstantiated gibberish. Now, you're asking is the composition (nutrients, proteins, fats, carbsetc.) of a smelly, 4-legged animal the same as human breast milk?

Scientists and people with common sense would assume that the milk of a specific species is only meant for their young.
No, it's not. And there aren't many studies on it's nutritional benefits of goat milk either.

Not the same, but similar enough babies who can't have cow's or soy milk will drink that instead. Also, I think I read it is healthier. It's certainly better tasting IMO. I grew up on a dairy goat farm and that was the only animal milk I had until I went off to Uni.

Goats milk tends to be easier to digest. I find that it taste almost identical to cows milk.

no ,it is not the same! it is have a different!

Don't know about molecular composition, but the fat in lard is almost identical to the fat in human breast milk.

"So let’s now compare lard’s basic fatty acid composition to the real gold standard, the butterfat of human breast milk and see how it stacks up.

Saturated Monounsaturated Polyunsaturated
Breast Milk 48% 35% 10%
Lard 42% 44% 10%"
