How can I stop being constantly hungry?!
Hm... if you're always hungry, you're not eating enough calories. That's that. You should increase your calorie intake (not by eating fats and sugars but by eating more whole grains, nuts and legumes-they are more filling) and just exercise more to lose weight. If you're not exercising you definitely should. If you can't lose weight you should check if you have a health problem causing it. I just don't recommend going hungry to lose weight! Good luck!
If you start eating more often, remember to step up your dental care, too. Many raw dieters run into dental problems; they tend to "graze" all day because it's difficult to get full on regular meals. I'd expect you'd have the same problems.
Enjoy a full Irish breakfast. Several times a day.
A full belly.
Drink more tea and water throughout the day between meals. I also recomend eating a big bowl of oatmeal in the morning. This usually keeps my full till 2 in the afternoon!
Salad with toppings such as Grilled chicken. Or you could add a few things to your dinner when you eat Because that used to help me alot. Hope I helped. Goodluckxx
Blue Diamond's Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds are filling; they are tasty too!
Fresh fruit, raw vegetables and clear soups.
chew on some nuts.
drink lots of water it fills you up
leek and potato soup
carrot and onion soup
pressed tofu- it's SO filling, you almost gag on it. God it's good.
FRESH tofu- buy it moist and dry- real fresh tofu, and eat it plain, or with mustard, or soysauce, or green peas and ketchup, in fact, omg.
( Don't eat the horrilbe plasticky stuff in white tubs- go to a real Thai supermarket)
fruit of all kinds
Plain yoghurt and stewed dried fruit ( take lots of dried fruit, and put in a bowl of water- making sure there's 2 inches more water than fruit- by morning you have an amazingly lovely bowl of soft fruit and a bowl of real juice).
Eat the yoghurt and fruit ( veg yoghurt)
Canned fava beans
Frozen green peas= with ketchup.
Textured veg protein- it's like crunchy nuggets, sold next to the chilis in a mexican shop.
Roast some veg, in a small bit of oil, salt and pepper- sliced zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, leeks, asparagus, green beans, brussel sprouts, cauliflour, turnips, carrots, and cook them til crispy edges appear, roast 15 minutes more, turning every so often, then store the veg between paper towels in the fridge- they'll last for days.
Sounds like it's time to get some prayers and get God in your life. God is love and knowing God can transform your life. When you know God, your spiritual Father, then pray about your life, God can help you live a better life. As God is love, life is primarily about love and relationships in order to have a rich and full life. Also, you need to know God's Son, Jesus Christ, in your life as your Lord and Savior as Jesus died on the cross as payment for our sins. Having Him with you will give you God's blessing and forgiveness, as you live God's way. We need to know and follow God in this life so we can go to heaven after we die, and so we can get God's help now. Not following God leads to hell, eternal suffering. Instead, there is an important prayer to pray to become a born again Christian. This prayer should be said with faith in God and a sincere heart:
"Dear God, I know that I am a sinful person and I don't want to be like this anymore. I know that Jesus Christ died on the cross as payment for our sins, and I want to accept Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior so I can receive God's forgiveness, guidance, and go to heaven someday. Thank you, dear God, for your mercy and guidance; in Jesus' name. Amen."
After saying this prayer, you should check out a Christian church like Baptist, Catholic, Lutheran.
Also, get into their Bible study group so you can learn more about God, Jesus, and God's will for your life. The Bible is God's instruction book about how to live a God-honoring life so you can go to heaven after you die. The church can also get you baptized and prayed for. You can pray for yourself daily too. God guide your life.
Hi, I'm a vegan and don't eat more than I did when I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian. In fact, I eat less now.
I think the problem is when a person doesn't feel satisfied (whether they are a meat eater or a vegetarian) is they did not get enough protein in said meal. They are trying to get full off all carbs or all fiber or both.
Pasta is very filling, but especially if it's brown rice pasta as that has protein. Other vegan protein sources are:
All kinds of beans but especially black eyed peas, pintos, soy, lentils, black beans, and chick peas. Sweet potato, broccoli, and all kinds of nuts, especially peanuts. Macadamia nuts are among the best tasting but only have 2 grams of protein per serving. You just have to check your labels on beans and nuts.
Brown rice adds about 5 grams of protein to your meal per serving.
Don't forget nut milks and soy milk.
