is tomato a fruit or vegetable?!

Question: Is tomato a fruit or vegetable?
Answers:

It is a botanical fruit (anything that contains seeds is a fruit, including bell peppers), but it is legally a vegetable. People generally think fruits are desserts, and vegetables are main courses, according to a court case where someone wanted to pay the fruit tax on tomatoes instead of the vegetable tax.
